Welcome to the registration for the Exchange Day, gala dinner, lunch and social programme. This online registration will be closed on the 3rd of October 2011. You will receive an ‘early bird’ visitor registration price of €175,-- until the 30th June 2011. After this date you will pay € 195,-- excluding Dutch VAT (19%).
Booking
Electronic booking of our special offers like lunch, social programme and gala dinner are subject to capacity or will end on the 16th of September 2011 at the latest. You are invited to make reservations for the attractive lunch offer to ensure enough capacity.
You will have to register as participant/visitor through a special portal which requires identification of yourself and the company to which you belong. After this identification process you will receive a personal ID code. This will enable you to book the various offers like subscription as visitor, the booking of stands, catering, gala dinner and /or social programme. Having your company logo in the catalogue and advertisements can also be booked. Each booking will automatically be followed by an invoice, to be paid within 14 days after issuing date. With the ID code you can add further bookings at later stage, but no modifications will be accepted automatically.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellations: a refund of the registration fees less an administrative fee of € 50,-- will be issued if a written cancellation is received prior to the 31st of July 2011. Thereafter no refunds can be issued. All cancellations or changes must be forwarded in writing to Het Comité. Once you have confirmed your registrations and various purchases, this portal will not support cancellation options, only additional purchases can be edited/ordered through the web portal. Any cancellation is subject to Het Comité acceptance.
Further details on the layout, furniture and other arrangements regarding a stand or table, as well as sponsorship or a company table at the gala dinner will be exchanged and confirmed by separate e.mail correspondence with the organization (Het Comité).
Payments
All bookings will be invoiced and payment by bank transfer requested. Invoices will be sent by electronic mail for all bookings made using the portal. For other services you will receive tailor-made invoices, based on the portal personal registration data. If payments are not received by the 3rd of October 2011 you will have to pay in cash or by credit card during registration in Rotterdam on the 6th or 7th of October 2011. You will be charged an additional administration fee of € 25,--. In the unfortunate event of double payment, the excess sum will be refunded after the events.
Publishing you contact details
If you register before the 23rd of September 2011, your contact details will be included in the directory of participants. Thereafter no further registrations can be considered for the official directory of participants (catalogue). With registrations between the 23rd of September 2011 and 3rd of October 2011 your names will only be listed in the special newspaper edition distributed at the ECE venue. If you requested to have your logo published in the list of participants, this logo must be provided to het Comité before the 9th of September 2011. No logos can be included in the special newspaper edition. Please read about the various options for advertisement in the catalogue or newspaper in ‘Sponsoring & Publicity’

On-site registration will take place at WTC, Rotterdam on Thursday the 6th of October 2011 15.00 h – 19.00 h and
Friday 7th October 2011 from 9.00 h. at the Ahoy Convention Center. Please expect delays for onsite registration. We accept the following payments: Credit Cards, Dutch PIN and cash in €.
