Bookings can be made for a special ECE Rotterdam 2011 lunch arrangement in Ahoy adjacent to Hall no. 1 providing a great opportunity to walk in and sit together with your friends from the sector, colleagues or new business contacts. The excellent lunch includes wine, beer and soft drinks. You can make bookings for this lunch using the connected portal at attractive rates. The lunch will be held between 12.30 and 14.00h (exact timing to be determined).

You are invited to make reservations for the attractive lunch offer and to ensure enough capacity for you and your guests. You will receive your vouchers at pre-registration on the 6th or 7th of October 2011. The electronic booking is subject to capacity and ended finally the date of 23rd of September. Bookings made for this lunch until that date are valid.
