Ahoy

The ECE Rotterdam 2011 exchange day will be held in Ahoy Hall no. 1, the largest facility in the complex selected to ensure a well-balanced atmosphere between space, participants and over 50 exhibitor stands.

You will be welcomed to Ahoy from 9.00h on the 7th of October 2011 for picking up your badges, vouchers and catalogue, arranging payments where this was not completed during pre-registration.  Please expect delays for onsite registration in Ahoy. The pre-registration desks are open on Thursday the 6th of October 2011 at WTC for picking up your badges, the catalogue and vouchers.  For details, see ‘registration’ in our chapter Visiting.

Catering

Ahoy offers lunch facilities at various places (Ahoy Plaza), but in the Hall no. 1 a Ahoy coffee and snack corner will ensure you have the best catering area, close to where you have your meetings. A special ECE Rotterdam 2011 lunch arrangement in the restaurant can be booked with great opportunities to sit together with your friends from the sector, colleagues or new business contacts. Bookings for this lunch can be made using the connected portal at attractive rates.

Accessibility

Ahoy is easy to access by car or by public transport underground Metro (M) from, for example, the railway station (Central Station Rotterdam). There are enough parking facilities at the site. For details see Travel & Stay
