ECE-ROTTERDAM 2011 is proud to announce that already 1400 visitors booked for the European Commodity Exchange Rotterdam 2011. For a correct presentation in the catalogue it is crucial that participants fill in their own e-mail address (and optional: phone number) and not just the e-mail address of the person who made the booking. With the help of your personal PIN you can still change this after your registration has been made.
For your comfort we organize a pre-registration in the World Trade Center on the 6th of October which is located close to the Laurens Church, most City Hotels and the Rotterdam Town Hall. Read about parking facilities on our website or take the subway (Metro) to BEURS. In order to avoid loss of time by queuing on the 7th of October at Ahoy Convention Center it is strongly advised to pick up your badge and vouchers for the Social Programme, Lunch and Gala Dinner in WTC Rotterdam on the 6th of October between 15.00 hrs and 19.00 hrs. For the Gala dinner and Social Programme it is indispensable to pick up your vouchers at WTC.
Payment of invoices is a prerequisite in order to get your vouchers without difficulty!
The Gala Dinner on the 6th of October at ECE-Rotterdam 2011
Before the European Commodity Exchange day, in the evening of October 6, it is time to meet your friends and business partners at the ECE Gala Dinner organized in the historical Sint Laurens church, catered by the prestigious Maison van den Boer.
Companies wishing to entertain customers at this excellent Gala Dinner are advised to book tables of at least 10 persons. Purchase and payment for 10 places is required, which is equivalent to a table. By booking a full table for the Gala Dinner you will get your company name on the table and your company name will be mentioned on the table arrangement plan in the Laurens Church at no extra cost.
