ECE-ROTTERDAM 2011 is proud to announce that we booked already now over 1000 visitors and still three months to come! Also for the Lunch and Gala Dinner there is a lot of interest to participate. This year prices are kept attractive, so read further!

Your lunch at ECE-Rotterdam 2011 on the 7^th of October

Bookings can be made for a special ECE Rotterdam 2011 lunch arrangement in Ahoy adjacent to Hall no. 1 providing a great opportunity to walk in and sit together with your friends from the sector, colleagues or new business contacts. The excellent lunch includes wine, beer and soft drinks. You can make bookings for this lunch using the connected portal at www.ece-rotterdam2011.nl

The Gala Dinner on the 6th of October at ECE-Rotterdam 2011

Before the European Commodity Exchange day, in the evening of October 6, it is time to meet your friends and business partners at the ECE Gala Dinner organized in the historical Sint Laurens church, catered by the prestigious Maison van den Boer.

Companies wishing to entertain customers at this excellent Gala Dinner are advised to book tables of at least 10 persons. Purchase and payment for 10 places is required, which is equivalent to a table. By booking a full table for the Gala Dinner you will get your company name on the table and your company name will be mentioned on the table arrangement plan in the Laurens Church at no extra cost. For individual participations to the Gala Dinner the names of yourself or partner(s) are to be registered at the portal of the website www.ece-rotterdam2011.nl The price for the Gala Dinner is € 150,-- incl 19% VAT.
