Newsletter 8 : EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT TO END!

ECE Rotterdam 2011 welcomes you to register for the Exchange Day, Gala Dinner, Lunch and Social Programme.  This online registration will be closed on the 3rd of October 2011.

ATTENTION ! : For the entry ticket you will receive an ‘early bird’ visitor registration reduced price of  €175,-- until the 30th June 2011. YOU HAVE ONE WEEK LEFT FOR THIS ATTRACTIVE OFFER, so book now ! This is valid for all entries realized before that date, payment within 14 days after issuing date of invoicing. After this date you will pay € 195,-- excluding Dutch VAT (19%).

All bookings will be invoiced and payment by bank transfer requested. Invoices will be sent after some time by electronic mail for all bookings made using the portal. Please find details in ‘General Terms & Conditions’ on our website www.ece-rotterdam2011.nl , to be found at the bottom left below the logos in the green bar.

If payments are not received by the 3rd of October 2011 you will have to pay in cash or by credit card during registration in Rotterdam on the 6th or 7th of October 2011. You will be charged an additional administration fee of € 25,--. In the unfortunate event of double payment, the excess sum will be refunded after the events.

In case you register before the 9th of September 2011, your contact details will be included in the directory of participants. Thereafter no further registrations can be considered for the official directory of participants (catalogue).
